1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Good Soul Southern Kitchen website ("Site"), making a reservation, signing up for our newsletter, or joining our Diner's Club membership program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Site's operation

3. Reservations

  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We request that you cancel or modify reservations at least 4 hours in advance
  • For parties of 8 or more, please call us directly at (843) 715-3183
  • We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future online reservations

4. Diner's Club Membership

Billing

  • Memberships are billed monthly on the date of enrollment
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active members

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your member portal or by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
  • Upon cancellation, earned Soul Points remain valid for 90 days

Discounts & Rewards

  • Member discounts apply to dine-in food and beverage purchases only
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions unless stated
  • Monthly perks (e.g., 50% off entree) reset on each billing date and do not carry over
  • Soul Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to modify the rewards program with 30 days' notice

Membership Conduct

  • Memberships are individual and non-transferable
  • Sharing your digital membership card with non-members may result in suspension
  • We reserve the right to terminate memberships for abuse of the program

5. Newsletter & Communications

  • By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails about specials, events, and updates
  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
  • We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design — is the property of Good Soul Southern Kitchen or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to us (including via social media tags), you grant Good Soul Southern Kitchen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content for promotional purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site. We are not responsible for errors in menu items, pricing, or availability displayed online — in-restaurant pricing prevails.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Soul Southern Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Food Allergens & Dietary Information

While we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Our kitchen processes nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. Please inform your server of any allergies before ordering. Dietary tags on our website menu (V, VG, GF) are provided as guidance and may not account for all preparation methods.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County, South Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
